Once you hit a certain age, trick-or-treating is no longer an option. We all remember that sad year we realized we were just too old to go ask the neighbors for free candy. But what we lost in candy, we gained in herb. That’s right, we found a new sweet medicine to replace the savory goodness of sugar.

As you spend Halloween day at work or in class, you can’t help but miss those days of worry free youth, filled with toys and after school snacks. It seems all the good things in life happened when we couldn’t even appreciate them yet. But you must not forget that adults get certain things that are much better than childhood luxuries.

Weed is one of those things. Smoking a sweet blunt is definitely a good replacement for a bucket of candy. So on this sad Halloween day, let’s take a moment to appreciate all the reasons weed is just so much better than candy.
